Who We Are

Gary Hoam - Chief Professional Engineer & President

​

Qualifications: Professional engineer with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and over 48 years of environmental engineering work experience with governmental agencies, industry, and consultants. Certified as a Professional Engineer in Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida as well as a Registered Environmental Property Assessor, and a Registered Environmental Manager with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals. Certified by the Registrar Accreditation Board as an Environmental Auditor. Also an Ohio licensed Class III Wastewater Operator and a Class III Water Works Operator. Currently qualified in 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations, 30 - Hour OSHA General Industry Safety & Health, First Responder - Operations Level, OSHA 10 hour Construction Standards, Confined Space Entry, DOT Hazardous Materials Operations, Hazardous Waste Management, Hazard Communication, ASTM Environmental Site Assessment Audits, ISO 14000 implementation and audits, and Lock-out/Tag-out Procedures.

Anna Hoam -  Business Manager

Qualifications: BA in Business Administration & History with over 21 years experience in business management and administration. Member of the National Honor Society for Business Administration.

Ellen Hoam -  Administrative Assistant & Technician II

Qualifications: Masters degree in History with over 10 years experience in administrative support and Technician II level sampling.

Nate Hoam - Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Officer

​

Qualifications: BA in History/Archaeology with 23 years experience in environmental work. Currently qualified as an Ohio Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist (ODH), Environmental Safety and Compliance Officer (NREP), Class I Water Work Operator (OEPA), and in OSHA 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations, First Responder – Technician, 30 - Hour OSHA General Industry Safety & Health, OSHA 10 hour Construction Standards, and DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation.
